So define "fully human" - again, you simply *cannot* mean in a scientific sense, which means you are talking philosophically; as made some what likely with your "potentially human."

We have already determined they are human by scientific definition of the American College of Pediatrics; you are either making a philosophical or a moral statement, in which case we go back to your entire premise being reliant of augment of emotions.

Actually we have not determined they are fully human by scientific definition nor is my argument philosophical or a moral or emotional it is scientific 

Why should I care about your philosophical or moral beliefs about children? The only "care" they warrant is that you use your made up, imaginary definitions and parrot Nazi speech to deny they are humans, so I do "care" in the same way I care about all other fascists who should be pissed on.
