That is a little young to remember hearing voices, since human children usually lose most of their biographical memories around age 4. This is known as 'infantile amnesia' and occurs because the hippocampus is still believing. It is notoriouisly easy to convince young children (or for them to convince themselves) that they remember something that never happened.

But you may be an exception. About 12-13% of children age 5-12 report experiencing having heard voices. It's harder to get coherent reports from children younger than five.

Even assuming you weren't 'hearing voices', if you say 'I was too young to hear voices, therefore the voice I heard was God', the conclusion doesn't follow from the premise.
