Pot roast. I had a brain fart last night and set the temperature to high instead of low. The roast itself is good, but the veggies are toast. It's surprisingly spicy, for unknown reasons. I used Kinder's pot roast seasoning, ranch dip mix, tomato paste, and pepperoncini. I may skip the pepperoncini next time. It's good though. Just not what I was expecting.
