So Trump is planning to give $300 billion to Iran.

It's called the art of retarded deal.

I’ve read it was $30 billion, give or take. One or the other of us has been misinformed. Probably me - I’m more likely to skim stories about Trump than actually read them.

It’s me - I was thinking of a different story about Iran’s frozen assets. The $300 billion is for a reconstruction fund.

An earlier leaked draft contained a provision for $300 billion in what were variously described as targeted investments (WH) and reparations (Iran). Given the likelihood of Iran holding Trump over a barrel, we'll see.
