"Are you listening to your animals when they talk to angels and demons in your house?"
Quote:Have you ever wondered why your dog suddenly growls at an empty hallway, your cat stares intently into a corner or your horse refuses to move forward for no apparent reason?
According to Bible teacher Perry Stone, Scripture presents at least one remarkable account suggesting God can use animals to perceive danger that humans cannot.
During a recent teaching, Stone explored the biblical account of Balaam and his donkey in Numbers 22, asking a question that has intrigued believers for generations: Could God allow animals to see spiritual realities hidden from human eyes?
“Does God open the eyes of your pets at certain times to see angels, or demons, or sense wicked people?” he asked, while adding that he does not believe angels and demons are constantly surrounding every person. Instead, he suggested that, just as in Balaam’s experience, God could choose to make an animal aware of something for a specific purpose.
Sometimes, the greatest lesson isn’t whether an animal can see what we cannot. It’s whether we are listening when God is trying to get our attention.

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
