Um...yes that's what I said. Not sure why you think these words are a rebuttal.
My OP was entitled Natural Selection Seems Insufficient. Many atheists act as they neeed neither God nor panpsychism. My post is simply arguing that you need at least one or the other. AND, if you only choose an atheistic panpsychism, it's still implausible COMPARED to (i.e. RELATIVE to) a theistic panpsychism, because you probably end up postulating seemingly bizarre stuff like immaterial forces. So you would still have a lot of work cut out for you, from a philosophical standpoint.
