Evolution has nothing to do with the existence of gods (not even God), so the accusation of it denying God is, quite honestly, laughably meaningless. Evolutionary is nothing more than a physical principle of nature, while Evolutionary Theory is the description of that principle and the mechanisms which drive it. Saying that this is an attempt to deny your pet god is on the same level of silliness as someone claiming that the water cycle is a conspiracy of umbrella companies to force people into buying their products. Plus, as has already been pointed out to you, many evolutionary scientists are themselves practising xtians. Evolution and God are not mutually exclusive. I'd point you in the direction of the TalkOrigins index of creationist claims but I don't see anything productive coming from the effort.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
