P.S. - when it speaks of an event "to come" that is prophecy. It is far from the only example and lots of them failed to happen.
Which ones failed to happened. Keep in mind some have not come to pass yet.
Let's start here.

Ezekiel - A Prophecy Against Tyre
Quote:19 “This is what the Sovereign LORD says: When I make you a desolate city, like cities no longer inhabited, and when I bring the ocean depths over you and its vast waters cover you,
Modern Tyre - 4th largest city in Lebanon.
Hardly desolate. Hardly covered by the ocean "depths."
Looks like 'god' fucked that one up.
Hasn't happened yet. From my understanding it's supposed to happen during the apocalypse. I don't exactly know so I will look for the answer. I wish you would do that instead of jumping to conclusions.
Oh! thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand
Between their loved home and the war's desolation!
Blest with victory and peace, may the heav'n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: "In God is our trust."
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!
