Venting your frustrations is a great way to get those emotions out in the open. It is probably the best way to expel the poison that is inside you. There is no virtue in trying to pretend that you aren't bothered by religion and will lead to cognitive disonance that will only hurt you.
I struggle with how much to talk about being atheist. If I run around proselytizing I am going to become background noise like so many other groups that do the same. I don't really feel the need to bring people into the warm bathing light of Atheos anyway because most of them seem pretty happy where they are.
I guess the real answer would be that I should talk about being atheist as much as I talk about my hobby of not collecting stamps. There are plenty of other coo coo bird things that people believe and as long as they don't allow their beliefs to affect business or political decisions I am fine with whatever they are into.
