Your Ezekiel 28:15 verse is misleading. It is not speaking of God in that verse which you would know if you read verse 16.
And yes God created everything we see on earth, what does that have to do with him being evil and inequal?
What pleasure does he get from creating us? Well he feels accomplished and loved by us. Is this evil?
