If you would have read the very next sentence it would say any athiest has to accept evolution to explain any type of origins (paraphrased). This is how it ties in.
Like I said. Nope.
One can be an atheist and still reject evolution as a plausible explanation. My granddad in fact is an atheist but he doesn't think evolution is possible.
Atheism has nothing to do in answering any question. It is merely a stance. An atheist is without theism. That's it.
Being an atheist doesn't automatically come with a set of beliefs. It isn't tied in with evolution or anything else. You can with-hold judgement on many explanations or all of them.
You're repeating the same garbage I went through with Rhythm. Yes, an athiest can reject evolution WHICH IS WHAT I SAID FROM THE BEGINING. But he would have no explanation for origin of everything. Read what i said to Rhythm. It's maddening none of you can read my posts as a whole. All you do is pick out my posts out of context to argue a point I already included.
Oh! thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand
Between their loved home and the war's desolation!
Blest with victory and peace, may the heav'n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: "In God is our trust."
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!
