Hey mate, on a different note! ah they just keep on coming! What about Men At Work being sued for plagiarism? Now I think that is ridiculous, even if the flute line is exactly like some kids show from the 1930´s, I mean they shaped the song and wrote the super lyrics. The feeling for the song has a little to do with the iinfantile melody but they moulded it to fit and made a hit. What about mixing musical styles and taking a bit from here and a bit from there? If it hadn´t been for these class musicians, the tune would have been forgotten forever. Now on the other hand Natalie Imbruglia blatantly ripped off some Aussie band and they won the subsequent court case, good on ´em!. She still plays the song and takes the credit for writing it because most people are ignorant of the facts. Coldplay are also being sued for bare-faced robbery from Joe Satriani, I hear they have been up to this trick since their conception. Shame on them
