As I write I have just finished cooking some very spicy corned beef ,using hot paprica,vinegar and sugar. Now cooking some spuds in microwave for a potato salad.
It's 1435 and 42C on my deck right now (about 105F).No way am I cooking tonight. I'm having chilled corned beef,potato salad, fresh cucumber,fresh tomato and a large fresh baguette on the side,washed down with Bickford's lemon barleywater cordial. Then I will veg in front of the teev.
