Today is the third and final day of corned beef for lunch and diner. I think perhaps I should have bought a smaller piece
I'm finishing off with hot corned beef, mashed potatoes,greens, and a nice red onion gravy..I might not have any more corned beef for a while.

Best one I ever had was at a diner next to LAX; cheap,delicious and big enough to feed a family of four.(plus fries.)
I have no idea what that is. What's in it? Looks great.
Here most local greasy spoons are ostensibly barbeque chicken shops.They also usually sell fish and chips,hamburgers,(with beetroot of course) and often lamb yiros.The white stuff is a garlicky yogurt. Served wrapped in hot pita bread.
