Don't know how much of it is true, but that's the impression that the people over here get from various American movies. No offense, I don't try to insult your daughters or something. Just bringing forward a rumor that circulates in our general area(Balkans&middle east&Caucaus etc.).
Allow isn't exactly the word for what you're describing..lol. Ask her father.
