RE: Homemade body wash?

Thanks Padriac, do you happen to know of a brand name creme that contains those two ingredients?
The only reason I wanted to avoid Lye is I am assuming that would just irritate my skin more. I am going to check out Cetaphil though and see if that fixes my problem. If it does then there is no need for me to make the home-made soap. Btw I tried the baking soda shampoo thing today, was interesting.
Its supposed to be followed up by a diluted mixture of red cider vinegar as a conditioner apparently but I am just trying this at first to see what pans out.
