Judging by this image that they released, they actually give more than 37% to charity, and all other expenses are perfectly justifiable (like 26% spent on awareness programs alone):
I've also seen a lot of complaints that Kony is no longer in Uganda, and that his army has been reduced down to 200 men. My question is, so fucking what? He is a war criminal; he shouldn't go free because he's been "defeated". If he is ignored, he'll just rebuild his numbers (like he has done before) and continue his crimes against humanity.
