Yeah lol, although I've heard of more Evil that Yahweh's done in the bible than what Satan's done...particularly in the old testament.

Well I guess its because its been handed down for so long over so many generations...if for example the only religions in the world were Hinduism and Buddhism (and they'd been going for as long as they really have in the 'real reality of today') then I think maybe if Judaism came out for the first time ever as a new religion then my guess is it would probably be considered too immoral and absurd for modern times...I think. I think the Abrahamic religions are just alive today because they've been going for so long, and people were probably a lot more gullible back then (which if true, its amazing when you think about it considering how many gullible and stupid people there are today).
Also I'd add that IF the world was exactly the same as it is today but there was barely any religion left at all and all the religions of today had went away...if a new religion was 'thought up' and it became popular...my guess is probably and hopefully it wouldn't be as immoral as (atleast some of) the evils of the Abrahamic religions.
Also it seems to me that any really new religions would probably be sort of 'pseudoscientifically-based cult-type religions'
However, (maybe because of the whole 'cult' thing) I can imagine that the worst that could go would be the whole 'thought police'/thought control thing...it could go badly...but hopefully (if it was the only religion) atheism would overule it if it got out of hand (hopefully peacefully). Remember I'm speaking hypothetically here of course.
But I'd actually like to see a world without 'faith' at all. Well faith for the sake of faith anyway, I understand that sometimes faith can probably be a useful survival mechanism for children...it helps them obey their parents..they have 'faith' in their parents. But they should always grow out of this 'faith' IMO even if they truly need it sometimes when they're kids. And I think kids should also be taught to question things.
But thats the only example I can think of when faith could be a good thing: as a survival mechanism for young children.
But I'm not sure if mechanism is really the right word? Is it? Should I use instinct? Genetic trait? Would any of those be better? What do you think?
Oh and of course if you wish you can also certainly respond to my overall post...you don't have to respond to my question at all...and if you do respond I personally consider a response to this overall post to be of more importance. But its up to you of course. I just mean I don't mind.
