You don't understand the difference. That's okay, no harm in not knowing something.
But understand, that if you do know the difference. What you posted WAS funny.
EDIT: Just to clarify, you connected to the Hub which allocated your computer with that IP on the local network. Other items in your house connected to the same router may be 192.168.0.25 etc. Your router itself will probably be allocated the address 192.168.0.1.
