What planted the seed?

I had always had doubts, they became more apparent as I study religion's more. I befriended an atheist on a christian forum and we had some very in depths conversations. I had thought that all atheist were like him, what I have come to find out, they are not. Which is quite saddening for me however, building on a good foundation is how it is to be done. I am a better person due to him being my 'atheist' role model.

He did however fold and give me the choice of being made from star dust instead of an ape. Which I dearly love him for.
