The irony is that religions out there with different tenets to the mass consumed secularist "mainstream" can shatter these brainwashing elements and help people to think for themselves.

I am dying to hear examples of this considering most of the major religions don't teach how to think, they tell you what to think.

I was looking for a jpg of mortal kombat to show my approval of the closing statement as I am prone to doing.
Instead... I found something so horrific, something so sick and disturbing I couldn't stop laughing. After wrestling with the morale implications and nearly dying from hysterical laughter I decided that the decision to view this image should be up to the people reading this thereby absolving me of responsibility:
