I've come to accept the inevitability of me spending a large portion of my life being a political activist. Publicly. I'm only 18 and instead of dreaming about having sex with girls and partying, i'm dreaming about protesting for what's right and making an impact on other people's lives.
I do a little activism. Remember the occupy Wall St (I'm in NY so) If I still have that info maybe put you in touch.
There are other organizations as well as 'the occupy..'
I'll get it together for you. Yes, petitions, protest *not a usual now* are main means to protest. Attend 'house parties' each organization does that sometimes. Wait for the PM
