Third world countries, for instance, obviously can't afford heatlhcare. So are you saying they should all just be left to die when they're very ill, Since they can't afford heatlhcare?
I think health should obviously be a given as previously stated. It should be free - people have a right to life, it's not always your fault when you can't afford to pay for your own health.
