Having seen and read all that,it seems the kid may have ADHD ,be bipolar or just be nasty little shit. Handcuffing was probably inappropriate. I would have tasered her.


What's the bet the family will receive a large out-of-court settlement and the child will be moved to another school,where it will repeat the same fragrant behaviour.
