My younger brother (let's call him J, yes we have the same first initial) & I were very large children, dwarfing most of our peers in weight & height till the 6th grade in my case & forever in J's. He's still pretty damn huge.
Anyhow, when J. was in 3rd grade he assaulted the vice-principal of the elementary school we both attended. He was about to get paddled, this time for something he actually didn't do & I guess he was angry about it since he never had an issue getting paddled when he did screw up.
The assault was discovered in progress by the principal & a secretary. It took 3 grown adults to pull him off of the VP (which actually made it worse since J. had him firmly by the necktie) The VP ended up in the hospital with a broken shin, 3 broken fingers & bruising to his throat.
Pretty sure J. was the first 3rd grader to ever get expelled from that school.
