God says to stone unruly children in Deuteronomy 21:18-21 Exodus 21:15, 17 says that children who hit or curse their parents must be put to death.
Under God's law, parents are supposed to kill their children. Not to do so is a breach of the law.
Humans have such more civilized standards on how to deal with unruly children. Timeouts, send them to bed without deserts, or even spank them is nothing on stoning them to death!
