Getting your dates mixed up. Josephus was writing a generation after the Biblical authors....not all of course, the later books in the Bible were written around the time of the Antiquities of the Jews. Still the main issue is not that they were written in the first century, but the earliest that many believe them to have been written was 40 years after the death of Jesus.
