Bullshit, DLF. YOU raised the point that you want to go back to the "old US government" when, in your mind, things were noble and pure. Then you said that you thought that you doubted the founding fathers had that (slavery) vision of the country. When shown the error of your ways you try to change the subject. You are deluding yourself. Slavery was an example of how much bullshit you have scraped under the rug in an effort to continue that delusion. I gave several other examples, too.
The "good old days" were "old"...not necessarily "good." Now, here is some more bad news. There is no going back to the old days. This is not the same country that it was in 1820. I suggest that you read some actual history because it is clear that you do not know what the hell you are talking about.
