dlf, I just watched that whole video and am embarrassed as a human being. There are no words to describe the lunacy.
Louisiana is more strict on porn shops than alcohol...lolol... However, if you go to New Orleans it's truly another state all on it's own. I love N.O., but just like Kentucky, it's back-wood inbreeds who have the education level of dumb mute.
My only hope is one day a change for the better.....

I guess they figure they might keep someone from buying porn??? HA it's really funny and most sane people laugh about it all the time.
