makes me wonder, for those who don't believe in the death penalty, what would you suggest doing with a guy like this, say if he was just arrested and not shot on spot?
Of course this is purely my opinion since I'm no expert in police procedures and certainly not those of other nations, but I suppose he might have been detained for secure psycho/medical examination, such that the true nature of what was going on could be determined directly rather than posthumously and speculatively. Just saying.
