All of this "6 days" actually means some other measure of time is pure bonk as there is no evidence that the early bronze age writers of Genesis understood the concept of the day in a form other than what everyone else living in the region at the time understood it to be. They well understood the rising and setting of the sun, and measured time mostly by measuring the rising and setting of the sun. Since it has change little, if any in the intervening millenia since Genesis was written, there is no reason to assume that 6 days means anything other than 6 DAYS!
