As it is billions if not trillions are saved by How God communicated the shape of the world as it is written now, and only lost one. If you are the only casualty from this description of the world, then I think it was a pretty successful wording.
Ah of course, the New Drich Church, where the most important bible teaching is the short passage of Isiah where it states the shape of the earth incorrectly.
