It's your stupid fucking book. If you want to throw it under a bus that's fine with me but I'm guessing you lack that much intellectual flexibility.
Read the whole Chapter. God is not creating evil at the end of Isaiah, Evil existed long before Adam and eve fell from grace. Your time line is off by a few thousand years. BTW the word you have honed in on is 'ra which can also translate into clamity which is consistent with Isaiah 45. For evil existed before you believe 'god created it.'
