definitely, that's why i didn't mention any of his civil/domestic policies - some of which have merit and some that don't (repealing voter's rights laws of 1965 among many others). i wouldn't vote for him, i was citing how i don't think he's doing himself any favors for his own constituents, by running on the repub ticket. i just like how he prefers to keep his nose out of foreign business (that's what i gather his position is on outside affairs).
i know at a minimum, the good ol' boys would love be able to enforce separate water fountains again. that's not going to work.
