Meh, I prefer the old fashioned, politically (semi) neutral terms of "quote mining," "quote miners," or "selective quoting." Simple is best, and these are readily recognized and respected terms of derogation. If you wanna get all slope brow and shit, accuse them of the fallacy of contextomy.

Although, there might be a future for the use of the term Breitbart as a noun, as in, "He's a real Breitbart."
