You seem to have an inflated idea about what constitutes rueness. It seems to be defined as anything that you don't like. My kids when they were about 5 were the same.

Irrelevant, I checked and he was correct.
Rudeness takes many forms, insulting deflections are one of these. I imagine most 5 year olds have better manners than you.
