To reply to your concerns, we have to dwell into the Judaism-Christian Theology and don't know if you're up to that, but just take it from me that God had a very good reason why he set up a system of sacrifice for the atonement of sins. I'll give you a hint, it has to do with Jesus.
As for what the heathens do: doth not the heathens believe in all powerful god(s)? Doth not the heathens pray to them, ask for their forgiveness, acknowledge their trespasses against their god(s)? Just because our system of beliefs are similar doesn't prove that Judaism borrowed ideas from other religion. I could flip it around and say that Greek mythology borrowed ideas from the Bible. Or I could say that many ancient cultures understood the depth of their spirituality and share the same ideas, like how society share certain moral practices.
And what do you mean by blood sacrifice was for unintentional sins? If this is something I should know as a Christian, please provide scripture to prove your point.
Ok, one alt account was funny but now this is getting ridiculous.
No-one, I repeat no-one could say this line with a straight face; "I'll give you a hint, it has to do with Jesus."
Its just too gaudy not to be a practical joke.
Own up, whos is it?
