Yes I've read about their prisons, but that's not the prison. He's going to serve at Ila prison, not Halden. I saw an article by the BBC a few months back on Halden and their style of prisons. The BBC has photos here, of his prison http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-19371593 . But if what frankie says is true about isolation, his cell may look like the cell below, as that is apparently what Ila's isolation cells are like.
Give him a high spec PC instead of a laptop and hes basically living my life.
