Reagan's speech:
The bus driver pays 10%, a millionaire pays 0? Yup, lets raise that to 10%, I'd be cool with that. It's a shame most of your republicans are just as 'big government' as the democrats, only they'd propose increasing taxes on the bus drivers to pay for christ and killing.
But hey, I say cut everything.
