How about something along the lines of "legal vs. moral"? Most places have statutes prohibiting certain things not because they cause harm to others, but because they offend the sensibilities of the majority of the populace. Things like prostitution, public nudity, drug use, etc.... Why is prostitution illegal? It only harms (if it harms at all) those who engage in it. Why should the government be telling us that you can't engage in sexual activity if one of the people is getting paid? You could explore questions like this.
