Well, a lesbian is a woman who is into other women, which is something totally different. Being transsexual is more about your body and gender identity. Most people think they're the same thing, but they're not. In fact, I know some friends of mine who are trans men who are about as gay as could be; it's not that they like women, it's that they think their bodies are wrong and they need to fix them.
