If arrogance had anything to do with height, and nothing about your attitude, I'd agree with you.
Arrogance has nothing to do with height, Napoleon was just arrogant and somewhat small.
And I can prove that he was arrogant because he thought he could take on a camper, and an ambusher in the Battle of Waterloo. Which he didn't, so then he was imprisoned in the Isles of St. Helena for the rest of his poor life.
