Shell I am so delighted that you rate yourself such a great historian. It must be so wonderful to be that educated. I only have a History Masters so I salute your PHD from a major world University.
Imperial japan committed atrocity after atrocity -not just in the Chinese but on captured Allied soldiers as well as any other vanquished people.
They are stlil in denial about it.
Of course I also don't think that today's japs should be atom bombed.
WHo says its an offensive term? Japanese people themselves or American professional whiners? Shortening a countries name is not offensive, 'Brit' is not an offensive term for the British
