Actually, I did read an article on that this morning.
Or I started to read it before I got all angsty because by the time this becomes an actual treatment, I'd probably be far too old for it. That's when I had to go do something else.

Seriously, I think the most difficult thing to work out would be the slight difference in skeletal structure between male and female hips and the added difficulty this would create in carrying a baby.
