A spot of blatant nepotism
#4
RE: A spot of blatant nepotism
The ancient Greeks were right.
I heard it said that the reason why the ancient Greeks forced their actors to wear face masks was that they thought there was a section of the population that would not be able to distinguish between the actor and the heroic roll he was playing and as such these people would try to emulate the actor. Consequently people would think of actors as somehow important and would take their views seriously, which would destroy society, because as we all know actors are the scum of the earth and should be trodden on at every opportunity. The decline of Britain continues.
