It's good to have theists of different stripes here.
Very few atheists claim to know, with absolute certainty, that a god does not exist.
I'll bet that's true.
It would be great if you started a thread with whatever evidence, reasoned argument and valid logic that you think justifies belief in a god.
Sounds like a much better way to introduce yourself than the vast majority of theists that come here.

You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
