Oh, for crying out loud. Something came from nothing is not how it goes. Furthermore, that has nothing to do with atheism. That has to do with Creation beliefs and/or origin of the universe theories. I, as an atheist, can believe that a fat orangutan drew us into existence.

In short, the fact that you cannot reconcile something coming from nothing has naught to do with how well you understand atheism, but with how little you educated yourself on origin theories.
