Indeed, I want to read that book. Right now I've been reading "Who Wrote the Bible" by Friedman which deals with the Pentateuch and shows how Moses most definitely did not write it.
It actually has a nice breakdown of the Noah's Arc doublet. Noah's arc was two separate stories that were edited together to make 1 story. In the book, Friedman shows the different stories by bolding the parts that are attribute to one write, and leaving the other text normal for the other author. You can read it whole cloth and it seems like a story with some weird repetitions, but if you read just the bold text, or just the normal text, they each read as their own unique story that are in direct contradiction with each other.
