Judged by whom?

Authority figures should be judged by the collective of those they hold authority over. For judges and police, this means the society they serve. For soldiers, this means the military force they serve, which in turn, should be held accountable by the state they are responsible for.

A judge's authority is held most directly over those convicted of crimes. Should these be the people judging the judges? If those convicted by a judge deem him excessively harsh and believe they should be set free, should we set them free?

So what you're saying is that your god considers us like ants. But ants react against the predators, and they're justified in doing so (prove me wrong if you don't agree). Does this mean that if god exists we have the right to defend against him?
