Well.... not exactly, at least not during the era. Winchester of the mid-late 1800's is best known for the ubiquitous "Winchester rifle", a lever-action rifle in various models and calibers.
AFAIK, they did not make any production pistols during this era, though they did produce a prototype the "Mason" revolver, which as the story goes, was used as leverage to convince Colt cease production the "Burgess" repeating rifle.
